Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using WinMyCV (operated by Luminavid) and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: admin@luminavid.com.

2. Service

We provide professional CV writing and related document preparation based on the information you supply. Delivery timelines (for example, within 24 hours) are targets and may vary during high demand or if we need clarification from you.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact details and truthful information for your CV.
• You are responsible for reviewing the final document before submitting it to employers.
• You must not use the service for unlawful or misleading purposes.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website at checkout. Payment is processed through PayHere or other methods we specify. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the agreed amount.

5. Revisions

Where we advertise a free revision, it applies within the stated period and scope (for example, wording or factual corrections). Major new requests or requests outside the policy may incur additional fees or be declined.

6. Refunds

Because work is customised, refunds are generally not available once delivery has started, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, if we cannot complete your order). Contact admin@luminavid.com for refund requests.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered CV for your personal job search. We retain the right to use anonymised learnings and templates that do not identify you.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of job applications. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
